Soul Stalker

This book entails the story that I was part of. It is about the most horrendus serial killer of our time, that few know anything about. That is because he was a cop and he black mailed the San Diego police, into forcing them to assit him from not being captured. This is the reason that you will never know about it, without reading my book. Because I have researched it for over 20 years, after finding out Richard was the serial killer they had been seeking. The San Diego police have it listed as a cold case, I like to say it is a frozen case. Because they will never investigate it, because it would put them to shame and bring criminal charges on some of them. Read the book it is dauntingand depicts the savagery of a serial killer and his victims. 

When I asked Richard if there was another reason besides the money that he killed people... He paused and said, "Ray I've done so many evil things in my life that I know I'll never get to Heaven, since I'm going to Hell I'm sending as many Souls as I can to my father in hell so that when I get there, he will give me a position of authority."
